Kohd Heritage helps your club preserve those stories and bring them to life, while creating new ways to generate income. Members, families and supporters can take part through Heritage and Mosaic Tiles, while local businesses can join through Commercial Partner Tiles. Your club sets its own selling price, so you decide what each sale generates for the club.

And it doesn’t end with the first sale. Heritage stories can be updated over time through the managed Kohd platform, creating opportunities for Heritage renewals, while Commercial Partner Tiles can provide annual recurring income. As more people and partners take part, new panels can be added and the wall continues to grow.

1. Talk to us about your club…

We start with a simple conversation about your club, its history and the stories you want to bring to life. Kohd creates a digital twin of your club’s Heritage, connecting the stories on your Heritage Wall with existing photographs, trophies and memorabilia brought to life through Kohd Markers. Members, former players, families and supporters can explore these stories wherever they are, not just in the clubhouse, and easily share them with friends and family. Every story shared takes your club’s history further, encourages others to take part and can even inspire another club to start preserving its own.

3. Start your heritage wall…

Your members, families, supporters and local businesses can choose how they want to become part of the wall through Heritage, Commercial Partner and Mosaic Tiles. Heritage Tiles can also make a unique gift, celebrating a player, volunteer, coach, supporter, family member or someone else who has played a part in your club’s story. As each panel fills, Kohd creates the tiles, produces the finished panel and sends it to your club ready to install. No specialist installer or fixings are needed. Each panel simply attaches securely using strong Velcro fasteners. Once one panel is filled, you simply start the next. And when one wall is complete, there are always more walls, more people and more stories around your clubhouse waiting to be brought to life.

Our Kohd Researchers work directly with tile owners to gather photographs, memories and information and bring each Heritage story together. Technology and AI help with the research and organisation, but real people remain at the heart of the process, checking the details and working with contributors before a story is published.

Simple, transparent payments

Every club gets its own Kohd Heritage platform, giving you a clear view of every sale, payment and the income your club has generated. Your club receives its share of each sale directly, with Kohd’s agreed fees handled automatically as part of the transaction. Kohd also manages Heritage and Commercial Partner renewals, including payments and reminders, helping your club build recurring income without relying on volunteers to chase renewals each year.

4. Bring your wall to life…

Your first installation is just the beginning. New people, stories and partners can be added as your Heritage Wall grows, creating new income and recurring revenue for your club. Kohd Heritage can extend beyond the wall too. Kohd Markers connect existing photographs, trophies and memorabilia to their stories, while your club’s digital twin gives members and visitors a place to search, discover and share them.
