A Kohd Heritage Wall is a permanent feature in your clubhouse that grows with your club over time. It brings together the people, stories and local businesses that help shape your club’s identity. Made up of individually designed tiles in your club colours, the wall combines Heritage Tiles, Mosaic Tiles and Commercial Partner Tiles into one connected display. Every tile has its place on the wall, and each one also has a digital version that can be revealed by scanning the QR code.
The wall grows with your club. Tiles can be added, changed or replaced when needed, whether you’re marking a new story, bringing in a new partner or updating a sponsor that hasn’t renewed. As your club changes, the wall can change with it.

Markers are discreet QR markers that can be placed on trophies, honours boards, photographs, memorabilia, clubrooms and other historic items. A simple scan instantly unlocks the story behind each object on a mobile phone. Unlike traditional displays, the content behind every Marker can continue to grow over time with photographs, videos, interviews and memories contributed by your club.

To celebrate the launch of Kohd Heritage, we’re inviting 25 clubs to become Foundation Clubs. Each Foundation Club will receive a free Heritage Foundation Pack, including: A free End Panel with12 Heritage Tiles, Free 12 months Hosting and 12 Heritage Markers.
The pack is currently valued at over £795, subject to the approved valuation basis.
Kohd coordinates the Heritage tile research directly with each tile owner by email and prepares the stories for club approval. The intended research workload is therefore near zero, while the club remains responsible for agreed approvals, access and local decisions.
Foundation Clubs may use their own GHL CRM account at no charge if they choose. They will also receive access to selected areas of ClubOS modules, with the specific areas to be confirmed. In addition, 12 months FREE hosting worth over £275 is also included.
The End Panel is supplied with included heavy-duty Velcro strips. The club fits the panel to a suitable wall or location; Kohd does not provide standard wall installation.
The Foundation Club opportunity is designed to help clubs recognise their people, celebrate their history and create a practical opportunity for local participation and income. Each club remains free to decide how it promotes, prices and manages the opportunity locally.
In return, Foundation Clubs may help demonstrate how Heritage works by allowing Kohd to showcase their Heritage Wall and share their experience with other clubs, subject to the club’s agreement.

Your Club. Your Members. Your Data. The CRM is provided exclusively for your club and remains your asset. Your member database belongs to you, not Kohd. We never build our own marketing lists from your members or contact them without your club’s approval. Our role is to help your club succeed while you remain in complete control of your data and member relationships.

What is the Kohd Heritage Foundation Programme?
The Kohd Heritage Foundation Club programme is for 25 clubs.

The programme is designed to help clubs recognise their people, celebrate their history and create a practical opportunity for local participation and income.
Submitting the interest form does not automatically accept a club into the programme. Kohd will discuss the opportunity and next steps with the club before any decision is made.
How much work is involved for our volunteers?
Kohd coordinates the Heritage tile research directly with each tile owner by email, so the intended research workload for club volunteers is near zero.

- Checking story accuracy
- Providing agreed approvals
- Making local decisions
- Choosing how it promotes or prices the opportunity
- Fitting the End Panel using the included heavy-duty Velcro strips

Who researches and writes the Heritage stories?
Kohd coordinates contact with each Heritage Tile owner by email and gathers the relevant memories, photographs and historical information.
Kohd prepares the Heritage story for club review. The club approves the accuracy of the final content before publication.
Do we need specialist installers?
No specialist installer is expected for the standard fitting arrangement.
The End Panel is supplied with included heavy-duty Velcro strips. The club fits it to a suitable wall or location and is responsible for checking that the surface is appropriate.
Kohd does not provide standard wall installation.
Can our Heritage Wall continue to grow?
The Heritage concept can develop as the club’s recognition and history programme grows.
The initial Foundation Club offer includes:

Any additional panels, tiles, markers or other Kohd products would be discussed separately and may be subject to separate quotation or commercial terms.
What happens after we submit the interest form?
Submitting the form records your club’s interest and allows Kohd to follow up.
It does not automatically accept the club into the Foundation Club programme.

Why should our club become a Foundation Club?
Foundation Clubs receive a defined starting offer to help them recognise their people, celebrate their history and explore new ways to involve their club community.
Each Foundation Club receives:

- 12 Heritage Tiles
- 12 Heritage Markers
Clubs retain control over how they present, price and promote the opportunity locally. No income or participation result is guaranteed.
Foundation Clubs may also agree to allow Kohd to showcase their Heritage Wall and share their experience with other clubs.
What is included in the Foundation Club offer?
Each of the 25 Foundation Clubs receives:

Kohd coordinates the tile research directly with the people being recognised and prepares the stories for club approval.
The initial offer does not automatically include additional panels, products, installation or unconfirmed ClubOS features.
How does the club decide how to use Heritage locally
The club decides how it presents and uses Heritage locally.
Each club controls its own:
- Member and supporter pricing
- Resale value
- Sales frequency
- Promotion
- Participation model
- Local fundraising approach
- Sponsorship arrangements
Kohd does not prescribe or manage the club’s local pricing, fundraising or sponsorship activity.
Can our club use a CRM?
Yes. Foundation Clubs may choose to use their own, or use our GoHighLevel CRM.
This is optional. The club remains responsible for its own CRM decisions, member relationships, data and local communications.
Kohd does not require the club to adopt a Kohd-managed CRM package as part of the standard Foundation Club offer.
Will Foundation Clubs receive ClubOS access?
Yes. Foundation Clubs will receive access to selected areas of ClubOS.
The specific areas included are still to be confirmed. They should not be assumed to include the full ClubOS product or any particular features until those areas have been approved.
