Meet the team behind Kohd…
Kohd brings together experienced people, AI-assisted roles and modern cloud-based technology to help grassroots sports clubs thrive. Rather than operating from a single office, our team works remotely across the UK and internationally, allowing us to bring in the right people and support for each role wherever they are based. This flexible, distributed approach keeps us closely connected to the clubs, volunteers and communities we support while reducing unnecessary overheads. Those efficiencies are reinvested into our platform, our people and the services we provide, helping clubs access enterprise-quality technology and expertise at an affordable cost.
Every role on the Kohd team has a clearly defined area of responsibility, from product engineering and platform operations through to commercial growth, heritage research, customer success and marketing. Alongside the human team are AI-assisted roles and workflows that help automate repetitive tasks, speed up content creation, support research and improve decision-making, allowing our people to focus on the conversations, creativity and relationships that matter most.
Together, this combination of experienced professionals, AI-assisted support and cloud-based technology allows Kohd to deliver responsive support, continuous innovation and a scalable service designed for the long-term needs of grassroots sport.
